Update your hours, door sign, website says 8 am 8:13am no one around lights dark. 8:15 someone turned on lights and then opened door. I asked if they opened at 8 she Looked annoyed i would ask and that i was there with a big package waiting 2 others walked in after me by 8:19am. (Dont come here if your needing to get somewhere quick in the morning. Tardiness doesn’t seem to matter. I was writing this review when I saw the lights turned on and this employee had the opportunity to make it right by just simply saying yeah I’m sorry that you had to wait instead seemed annoyed and made me even more frustrated with the situation.

Can't seem to figure out how to deliver packages. Can't tell us how they want us to write our address to get it to the right place even though we are putting it correctly. Racists won't deliver to an Indian reservation. It's not hard. People live there. Now on the fourth package the have refused to deliver because "people don't live there". Multiple houses. Giant parcel box and people don't live here? Real tired of y'all making me miss work to drive 45 minutes to collect my packages that you can't seem to find.

Spent $40 to overnight a time sensitive document from Southern Utah to Northern Utah. They told me it would arrive by noon. It wasn't delivered, so I tracked the envelope. It says it went to Tennessee!!! And that it will be delivered by the end of today. Too late for what we needed it for. I am NOT happy!

I’ve gone to this location for all my large items shipping needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making sure your item gets to where it’s going safe and sound and in one peace. Should also mention they do a great job taking care of your printing needs.

This place was great! Customer service was excellent. I shipped Christmas packages and they were super helpful in deciding how to send. I was impressed with their high level of service. I’ve been to UPS a ton of times for Amazon return but the FedEx staff at this store far exceeded my expectations! If you have shipping needs they are the best.

So my husband & I went in to send off a package. We’re truck drivers but our truck blew a gasket & broke down. So we had to mail all our belongings home to be able to catch a flight. We took everything off our truck which consisted of 7 huge suitcases & bags. When I tell you the staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. The ladies there pushed those big boxes like they were 2 pounds instead of 60. I kept telling them I can help but they said it’s no problem & were all smiles, just doing they’re job with friendly spirits & smiling faces! I loved the good spirits bc it helped the process go by smoothly. I appreciate you ladies & great job! I recommend this establishment to everyone! Go check em’ out! Five stars ?

Getting complimentary boxes to use at our pickup location. Staff were condescending and rude. Finally gave me one medium box to use for a specific shipment. Next time i will drive out to another location to print and drop our time sensitive packages. I felt so humiliated
